Chanced upon Curtain Galleria from the Qanvast website to do up the curtains for my new place. I contacted a few from the recommended list but I eventually chose Curtain Galleria as they were the most responsive and professional even though they had lesser reviews or years in business than some in the list. My communications with them were all through Whatsapp. Honestly I don't know who I am talking to but they seemed to be working as a team under the collective name of Curtain Galleria. I had a short timeline and they were very helpful and efficient in putting everything in place for me. A site visit was swiftly booked and 2 gentlemen came to do the site measurements and brought some samples along for me to select. Would be nice if they had more choices but having lesser options probably made my decision-making process easier though. Quite a few of my preferred colors were out of stock. The same 2 gentlemen were the installers. I am satifisfied with the final product and would highly recommend their services. The price is not the cheapest but they are not expensive, just the right price point for the level of service. There were reminders sent before each appointment and they have put in effort in drating the notes nicely in a picture. I must say they are the most professional communicators in my renovation process. I would like to suggest one area of improvement though. Completing the installation process by ironing the curtains would be a big plus in achieving the perfect experience. I was initially told that I could either iron myself or let the curtains straighten by themselves in a few months' time. There were some crease marks on one of the curtains and the installers went to retrieve their iron to straighten out that section to give me a peace of mind that it is not a permanent defect. Interestingly they had the iron with them but it wasn't meant to beautify the final output. I think this small ironing gesture would elevate the service to another level and even help in your marketing purposes when photos are taken for reviews or to be part of your portfolio.
